Leadership

Liberty NJROTC brings many opportunities for leadership; for freshmen to seniors. NJROTC offers an inclusive group where we mentor everyone to be able to lead effectively. We help anyone who walks through our doors to walk out more confident in themselves.

Our unit has a hand-picked cadet staff chosen by our Senior Naval Science Instructor. These individuals work alongside each other to maintain a cohesive unit.

From our classroom to the fall Basic Leadership Training Camp, we allow for anyone to step up and become a leader.
